Welcome to Tartesso in Buckeye Arizona
Tartesso is one of the newest (and largest) communities to populate the western suburbs of Phoenix, Arizona. Located in Buckeye just north of Interstate 10 off the Sun Valley Parkway, Tartesso is designed to be a master planned community spanning over 12,000 acres. Construction began in 2005, and when the 20-year process is complete, Tartesso will consist of thousands of homes, numerous schools, countless businesses and an abundance of parks, all within the community.
Several sports courts, tot lots, and recreational fields already populate the grounds at Tartesso, and with the White Tank Mountains just a few miles away, rural living and outdoor activity are part of the Tartesso experience. When the big city calls, nearby access to Interstate 10 can take residents to the heart of Phoenix in about 35 minutes. Trend, Atreus, Pulte, Elliott, Montalbano, and Canterra Homes are the current builders working on the community; prices start as low as $65,000 for a 1200 square-foot home and range up to near $200,000 for a 3500 square-foot luxury house. Tartesso is part of the Saddle Mountain Unified School District, and though the community construction is still in the early stages, schools are already on-site.
